General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and heybqji ("heybqji", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at heybqji.net. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with heybqji, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and betting markets, bonus eligibility, and the use of all tools and features available on the platform.

heybqji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict arising from a translation or summary, the English-language version shall prevail. The platform is designed and intended for players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that your use of heybqji is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" means the personal gaming account you register and maintain with heybqji.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to your Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Platform" means the heybqji website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or entry placed using real-money or bonus funds on any game or betting market available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including submission of a valid National Identity Card (NID).

1.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. heybqji operates as an entertainment platform. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their country or region of residence. heybqji makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction beyond its intended Bangladesh market.

Account Registration

To access real-money games and sports betting markets on heybqji, you must register a personal Account. Registration is free of charge. By completing registration, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will promptly update any information that changes.

2.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 18+
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be an employee, director, or close associate of heybqji or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by heybqji or any responsible gaming organisation.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active heybqji Account at any time. This restriction applies per person, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Where heybqji detects that a player holds or has held multiple accounts, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Void any pending bets or wagers placed across duplicate accounts.
• Withhold any bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits awarded to duplicate accounts.
• Recover any winnings generated from bonus funds on duplicate accounts before processing any withdrawal.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your heybqji login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. heybqji will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Age Restriction

heybqji enforces this age restriction through the following mechanisms:

• Registration declaration: All players must confirm they are 18 or older at the point of account creation.
• KYC verification: Identity documents are reviewed before the first withdrawal is processed. Any account belonging to a player found to be under 18 will be closed immediately.
• Ongoing monitoring: heybqji may request age verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during promotional claim periods.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000 (subject to payment method limits).
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited instantly in normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.
• heybqji reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000 per day (higher limits may be available for VIP players).
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours during operating hours (08:00–00:00 BST, UTC+6).
• Any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal request can be approved.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

heybqji is committed to preventing financial crime. We apply transaction monitoring procedures consistent with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. heybqji reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions, to delay withdrawals pending AML review, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

Bonus Policy

heybqji offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all heybqji bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only. 18+
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be wagered before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per offer.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the time period stated in the individual offer (typically 7 to 30 days).
• heybqji reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed under the original terms.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a heybqji Account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a Welcome Bonus. The specific percentage match, maximum bonus amount, and wagering requirement are displayed during the registration and first-deposit flow. The Welcome Bonus is available once per player and is forfeited if a player is found to have claimed it using multiple accounts.

5.3 Reload and Seasonal Bonuses

User Obligations

By using heybqji, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Violation of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of funds, or permanent account closure.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Registering or maintaining more than one heybqji account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any corrupt practice in connection with sports betting markets.
• Attempting to launder money, fund terrorism, or engage in any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Allowing or encouraging any person under the age of 18 to access your Account or the Platform.
• Using heybqji services for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from heybqji.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing heybqji staff or other players via any communication channel.

6.2 Accurate Information

You must promptly notify heybqji of any changes to the personal information held on your account, including your name, address, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending re-verification.

6.3 Responsible Use

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you are wagering at your own discretion. heybqji encourages all players to set personal deposit and wagering limits, take advantage of session timer features, and seek help if gambling begins to have a negative impact on your personal or financial wellbeing.

Account Suspension & Closure

heybqji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to, the situations described below.

7.1 Grounds for Account Action

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods.
• Detection of multiple accounts or shared account usage.
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or sports corruption in connection with bet placement.
• Request by the player for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Legal obligation or instruction from a regulatory, law enforcement, or court authority.

7.2 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your heybqji Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be reviewed, and pending bets will be settled in the normal course. Verified real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of account closure, subject to AML checks.

7.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all access to the Platform will be revoked. Bonus balances, free spins, and any winnings generated solely from bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances held at the time of closure will be returned in accordance with section 7.2 above, except where heybqji is legally required to withhold funds pending investigation.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. heybqji makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of odds displayed at any given time.

In no event shall heybqji's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
